Supplemental Chain of Title Reports
When completing a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment, a Chain of Title Report can be a tool for identifying and documenting past owners of a subject property. Research is conducted from official land records; recorded with the respective County, State, or City grantor and grantee local document repository indexes.
Chain of Title reports abstract:
- List of All Owners in the Deed Chain (back to search date)
- Deed Recording Chain (book, page, date, grantor, & grantee)
- Legal Description of Property / Parcel
- Current Deed Copy(ies)
- List of Sources Searched
Chain of Title Reports may be bundled along with a 1980 Environmental Lien report. Online, we offer Combination 1980 Environmental Lien searches with a supplemental Chain of Title search going back 50 years or back to 1940. However, you may want to search to 1932, or 60 years back, so if you’re looking for a different search-back-to date, please contact us.
